Eaten at this restaurant many times, which was OK. This time, I went with family booked table in advance, got there, and still had to wait service. Was crap had to ask for the table to be cleared after eating our meal so we could have desert staff were very rude will not eat their again 👎🏾

Absolutely amazing service and food. Had the pide with minced lamb and peppers or whatever and it was absolutely grand.
Tea was blazing hot and a very good little drop to help digest the lovely food.

Booked here for our friend’s retirement meal. £5 deposit each for a table at 6pm.
Orders were taken from each half of the table at different times. Some food was cold, or burnt. Some food was great. My own food was served as a large and I’d ordered a small. I mentioned this and my plate was taken into the kitchen and pieces of chicken were removed from the plate with their fingers and the same plate was given back to me. 3 meals were completely forgotten about and then didn’t come out until half of our plates had already been cleared. One of which was the friend who was retiring. Ridiculous.
The staff were rude when it came to payment, the manager was even ruder and the chef taking payment was absolutely diabolical. We were told the late food was wiped off the bill in addition to our deposits.
How on earth can an £11 meal and a £2.20 coke with a £5 deposit come to £15.80? I should have paid £8.20, but ended up paying the £15.80 just to get out of the place.
Would not recommend ever. Would actually actively discourage people from wasting their time. Wouldn’t even rate it 1/5 stars👍
Edit: If my £5 deposit was taken off and you gave me 20% off how was my meal £15.80 when it should’ve been £8.20?? I can imagine if you’re having basic maths explained to you multiple times and you are still unable to understand, that you may feel like I was rude. But at no point was I rude.

Took along time for food to arrive despite it being two very simple wraps.
In one wrap the meat was nonexistent and more salad we ended up ordering more meat! of which they did oblige.
